摘要

The research of risk factor weight is an important process during the bidding of IT project. After discussing some evaluation methods of the risk factor weight, this paper points out the problems existing in the traditional way. For this reason, the author brings forward the concept of combinatorial weight, and introduces an effective way to assess its value based on rough set theory. According to the result of combinatorial weight and the similarity coefficient matrix, the bidding risk factors can be classified into different groups by the relevancy of them with cluster analysis. By this way, it can provide the correct bidding strategy for IT project.
