The results of Russian program 'Electronic Russia' gave real opportunities to send significant data volumes through the computer nets and thus to realise real time marine environmental monitoring on high-resolution satellite data. Satellite centres in Prymorye, Khabarovsk and Sakhalin territories are able to receive, process and delivery data of follow satellites now: NOAA/HRPT, FY-2B, FY-1C, FY-1D, SeaStar/SeaWiFS, Terra&Aqua/MODIS, Meteor-3M and others. And real samples of information systems, which are based on satellite data delivery, exist already now. There are such systems as: 1. SMIS Information System for Acquisition, Processing, Storage and Distribution of Satellite Data - for NOAA satellite data; 2. Industrial Monitoring System of State Fishery Committee - for fishery; 3. "SPUTNIK" - the information system receives satellite data from ground centers located in Obninsk, Novosibirsk and Khabarovsk from the following satellites: RESURS O1, METEOR, OKEAN 01, OKEAN-O, METEOSAT, NOAA, GOES, GMS; 4. and others. A weak province of satellite monitoring of marine environment is absence of modern algorithms for data processing. Although, some works may be mentioned in follow fields.
