In the process of building the innovative country, enterprises are obviously on important status. An appropriate management method of enterprise technological innovation strategy will promote the innovations and strengthen their effect. How to select and manage these projects reasonably is very important to implement the strategy. In this case, the program management method can be applied. It has been developed for more than thirty years in the western countries. Program here refers to a series of projects which are combined purposely for the same strategic benefits. This method is useful to assign resources optimized. Its definition by PMI is "program management is a method using the coordinating method to manage a group of projects in order to achieve more benefits than only managing one." This paper attempts to study how to apply the program management method to manage enterprise technological innovation strategy and give enterprise technological innovation strategy mode.
