摘要

Venture investment projects usually have great uncertainty due to the incomplete formation of economic environment. Therefore, it is necessary to properly evaluate the risk of several investment projects for selecting the potential one. This paper considers that the risk factors of investment projects is comprised of market risk, technology risk, management risk, setting risk, production risk and finance risk. Taking these risk factors as the evaluation index, decision-maker group can mark score for investment projects, where low score represents low risk and high score represents high risk. Thus the risk decision and evaluation matrix is formulated. Refer to the subjective preference of decision makers and based on the projection model, this paper develops a model of risk evaluation which can be used for selection of investment projects. Numerical example is presented at last.
