摘要

Modern project management, after half a century's development, is necessary to be carried out summarizing and rethinking on both theoretical and practical sides. Based on the analyses and comparison in existing literatures, this article generalizes three generic dimensions of the project: project dimension, function dimension and management dimension. Then, the article puts forward a three-dimensional model, namely Project-Function-Management Space, and PFM space for short. PFM space is of huge value, which can be used to be description frame to define and analyze project management problems. And in this article, PFM space will be introduced by analyzing the authority of project manager delegated by the organization.
