Which has both the general property and its own characteristics from the traditional project. At every step in implementing the system integration, the project manager should apply out his/her knowledge, technology, instrument and the technical ability all through, which means that all nine elements: the management of the entirety, of the part, of the time, the cost, the quality, the faculty, the communication, the responsibility of the risk and the perch have been integrated into the life cycle of the project to make both its general property and its distinctiveness to be evident. In this essay, initiating from the four steps of the system integration, the author introduced the staff to deliver, the milestone and juncture to pay a close attention and the controlling measure and the adoption to apply while the accident occurs in every step of IT system integration.
