We propose a determination method of cutting off order to disassemble a products into parts or units in consideration of the connection among internal parts and units. Firstly the surface expansion diagram is made to show the structure of all parts and units from the assembly drawing of three-dimensional computer aided design (3D CAD). This diagram shows the attached position, condition between the surface frame parts and internal parts and units, and information of the material, size harmful substance and so on, and this information is used to classify parts into recycled resources. Secondly a surface connection diagram is made to show the connection among surface, that is a part of the surface frame parts in this paper. This diagram is used for judging a subset of surfaces that are joined by internal parts, because of these parts are impossible to cut through the surface frame part. Thirdly the criteria for cutting order are determined by using the surface expansion diagram and the surface connection diagram in consideration of the sort of material and the internal parts joining among surface frame parts. And the cutting off order of the product is determined by using the proposed criteria.
