ITS (Intelligent Transport Systems) technology, information, and methods of delivering thatrninformation have become important factors in the development of new products and services.rnFrom this viewpoint, we investigate an advanced parking lot management system that uses arnnew car detection system to detect cars 24 hours a day. The system's structure is simple, so itrnis inexpensive and installation is easy. We confirmed the efficiency of this system throughrnexperiments in an actual parking lot.
