The sound and microwave absorber based on the standard type sound absorber for a side-wallrnof highway specified by JH (Japan Highway Public Corporation). Polyethylene sheet includedrncarbon particles selected as a dielectric material was layout behind of glass wool and air layerrnin the standard type sound absorber. As a result, sound and microwave absorber having arngood absorption over 20dB at the designed frequency and perpendicular incidence wasrnobtained.
