A clear definition of ITS industrialization is firstly given in this paper and the background ofrnITS industrialization is discussed. The actuality and market prospect of ITS industrializationrnall around the world are analyzed in details. Then the market demand of Chinese ITSrnindustrialization is predicted based on the construction needs of ITS in China and thernindustrialization projects prioritization is proposed. At the end a complete developing strategyrnand promotion mechanism for Chinese ITS industrialization in short-term, mid-term andrnlong-term and relevant policies are put forward. All above will provide theoretical evidencernfor the establishment of ITS industrialization policies in China.
