Nowadays,Shen Zhen and Hong Kong have gradually developed a closer and inseparable cooperation relationship,however,distinctions in multidimensional degrees may bring difficulties to Shen Zhen-Hong Kong health care cooperation and coordination to solve cross-region health issues.As part of series comparative research,this paper emphasize on health manpower inequality in Shen Zhen & Hong Kong,using Lorenz curve and Gini coefficient to evaluate health manpower inequality base on patient attendance,official population and estimated population.The result shows both Shen Zhen & Hong Kong has improved equality condition,Hong Kong score higher in Gini coefficient compare to Shen Zhen.
