Instead of adding anionic stabilizer, the thermal stability of mesoporous zirconia withtetragonal wall was drastically improved via incorporation with SiO_2 and Al_2O_3. FT-IR and~(29)Si NMR indicated that there were chemical interactions between SiO_2 (Al_2O_3) with zirconia,which strengthened tetragonal framework, thereby improving the thermal stability ofcrystalline mesoporous zirconia.
