摘要

The viability of conidia of beauveris bassiana may be affected by different factors at room or environment conditions. Those factors can be divided firstly as controlled an un-controlled items, the former includes as environmental temperatur, humidity and UV light, etc., and the later includes as carrier, moisture content, package condition and the addition of differnet synergists in the formulations, etc. the temperature is of ocuse the main determinant ofthe viability fo conidia. The environmental humidity and UV raidation can decrease the persistent potential greatly. The proper formulation of conidia can extend the shelf-life of this important biological control agent.After mixed with 15 kinds fo carriers at a ratio of 1:1, the germination rates, sporulation and growth speeds of each mixture were determined to evaluate the possibility fo each diluent.
