摘要

This paper makes studies on low-carbon economy and corporate social responsibility and discuses the lowcarbon economy's influence mechanisms on corporate social responsibility. Making review of the prior literatures, assumption is presented that low-carbon economy will ultimately have impacts on corporate social responsibility through some intermediate mechanism. By using qualitative analysis, it is proved that low-carbon economy will indeed have an effect on corporate social responsibility by means of some intermediary mechanisms (for example, certain aspects of external or internal pressure).
