The aim of this paper is to demonstrate that it is possible to allocate a new role to postal mailing systems used by business mailers to capture information on the postal services used. To present a cost-effective solution to this previously unsatisfied need shared by Postal Administrations world-wide.rnTo describe an effective solution that provides a new level of user convenience and is flexibly enough to survive a dynamic postal service environment that is subject to increasing competition and change.
