摘要

The DatabaseExporer is a software solution providing a significant simplification of a database connected software development. As open-source cross-platform application it is based on the C++ programming language the wxWidgets toolkit. It provides a simple and intuitive GUI interface for a handling of multiple different database engines and store data. By the help of its unique features a programmer can simply create new database, migrate a database structure through different engines or prepare C++ classes intended to manipulate data. This paper provides the DataExplorer's basic description. It also reveals its application and internal structure while focusing on the abstraction layer.
