摘要

Introduction Milk fat content and composition can be affected by nutritional manipulation and fatty acid concentration changed in the blood (Kalac et al,2010;Drackley et al,2007).Previous study suggested that about 55％ of fatty acids derived from the blood of long chain fatty acids from mammary uptake (Bauman et al,2006).But most of the studies focused on the dietary ways by changing the level of concentrated feed and supplement oil for increase the content of unsaturated fatty acids in milk fat,in particular by increasing the bioactive component of milk content of conjugated linoleic acid (CLA) (Chilibroste et al,2008).We are looking for the bovine mammary under different diets uptake of LCFA,and indirectly reflect the impact of diet on the part of the milk by the long chain fatty acid synthesis,and thus make for the mechanism of breast pickup fatty acid Theoretical Basis.
