Abstract: The ferroelectric spontaneous polarization P and the coercive voltage Vc and their frequency dependences have been measured in frequency range 10 Hz - 10 kHz. The exponents of power law P $VAR f$+$MIN@b$/ and Vc $VAR f$+c$/ have been found and confronted with theoretical predictions. The coefficient of rotational viscosity $gamma has been computed. !5
