摘要

The present paper introduces the optimization of chemical composition of D type graphite cast iron for glass mould. The results indicated that the microstructure, mechanical properties, oxidation resistance, growth resistance and thermal fatigue resistance, were improved obviously. Through industrial running test, the service life of mould can be doubled.
