摘要

In this paper, it is reported that the measurement of the bulk positron lifetime(τ_B) as a function of substitution content x and temperature from 70K to 220K were performed in two high-T_c superconducting Y_(1-x)Pr_xBa_2Cu_3O_(7-δ) and Y_(1-x)Ca_xBa_2Cu_(3-x)Fe_xO_(7-δ) systems. The results show: (1) With x increasing, the charge density in Cu-O chains increases; (2) The temperature dependence of (τ_B) can be elucidated using a physical picture based on the charge density transfer in superconducting state; (3) The effects of Ca doping and Fe doping on local charge density can compensate each other.
