Angular correlation of annihilation radiation (ACAR) from single crystals of [Fe(ptz)_6](BF_4)_2 and [Zn(ptz)_6](BF_4)_2 were measured in the temperature range between 23K and 295K. Large temperature dependence of ACAR spectra for [Fe(ptz)_6](BF_4), around the spin-crossover temperature (130K) was observed. On the contrary, ACAR spectra for [Zn(ptz)_6](BF_4)_2 was almost independent of temperature. The results show that the positronium atom is highly sensitive probe of the spin-crossover transition.
