摘要

Microwave dielectric materials of the Ba_2Ti_9O_(20) were prepared by the freezing-drying process. After freezing-drying, the precursor was sintered at 700°C-1200°C for 4hrs respectively, characterization of the product was using X-ray diffraction and TEM. At 1100°C, Ba_2TiO9O_(20) phase appeared, and at 1200°C, there existed only Ba_2Ti_9O_(20) and BaTi_4O_9 without BaTi_5O_(11) phase. Sintered at 1320°C, the sample compactly packed without large pores could be obtained.
