摘要

A new transmissometer and a beta-ray attenuation type monitor were developed to monitor particle concentrations in combustion gases and process gases. The transmissometer is equipped with a self-compensation system far degradation of the optical system and light-emitting diode light sources. The monitor has an isokinetic sampling system, an abatement system far particle deposition inside of a sampling nozzle, and a compensation system for gas adsorption on a tape filter. Results of experiments using test aerosols showed that the transmissometer and the monitor work efficiently.
