摘要

Ultrafine ZnO particles are prepared by spray pyrolysis method from aqueous solution of dihydrate zinc acetate, and the influence of operation parameters on the morphology and composition of particles is investigated. Pure hexagonal ZnO particles with uniform size at 20 - 30 ran are synthesized under optimum operation conditions: reactor temperature 650 ~ 750°C. solution concentration 0.20 ~ 0.50 mol/L, solution flow rate 2.0 ~5.0 mlmin, and air pressure 0.45 -0.55 MPa. A mechanism of primary particle mcleation is inferred.
