摘要

We prepared ultrafine copper powders with mean diameter from 500nm to 7 μm were prepared by using chemical reduction method in aqueous solutions, using ascorbic acid as a reductive agent. Manufacturing procedures and thermal stability of copper powders were discussed in detail. Improvement of copper particle size distribution was achieved by using pre-reduction method with glucose, and narrow-distributed 1 μm copper powder was obtained.
