摘要

In this paper, the crystal evolution of high temperature sintered α -Al_2O_3 is studied by IR absorption spectrum. The traditional conceptive α -Al_2O_3 can be classified into four kinds: α-Al_2O_3, α_2 -Al_2O_3, α_3-Al_2O_3 and α_4-Al_2O-3. From the practical manufacturing process, the influence of sintering temperature, sintering time, grain size and additives on the crystal evolution process of α -Al_2O_3 is also investigated.
