摘要

This paper describes the preliminary design and concept of the high resolution optical remote sensing small satellite for reconnoitering and identifying some objects. It has been developed based on the modules and on-board computer network system that have capabilities of diagnose, isolation, and reconstruction for some subsystem failure. It provides the image with ground pixel resolution of 1.5m from the orbital altitude of 630Km and total weight is about 250Kg.
