The purpose of my participation in this panel discussion is to address the following issue: Since the overall aim of any appleid approach to waste water treatment is to prodcue effluent which will ->minimize the voerall impact on the environment and, by the same token, -> minimize the cost of the selected solution, what combination of methods is available to provide a holistic treatment approach.
