This presentation describes the design objectives, scope and bases of the in-core fuel managmeent of cycle2 and 3 for QNPP briefly. The main contents of the design of reload core includes fuel burnup follow, establishment of loading pattern of the reload core, safety assessment methodology and review of the start-up parameters. Some calculated results of the cycle2 and 3 are given in the paper
