摘要

We selected 518 hens and 20 cocks from one poultry flock (Hisen parental generation). Semen samples were transported into hen's genital tract by artificial insemination after they were treated on Hign Voltage Static Electric Field (HVSEF) and these semen samples derived from 20 cocks respectively. The purpose of this article is to study the effects of HVSEF on the fertilization rate of spermatozoa and embryo development.
