摘要

A transmission electron microscopy study on localization of extracellular glucan, aryl-alcohol oxidase (AAO) and laccase in liquid clulture and uring wheat-stuaw degradation by Pleurotus eryngii under soild state fremenation conditions, is presented. The role of fungal glucan sheath and, distribution and penetration of AAO and laccase in straw cell-wall is discussed.
