To protect global environment, several countries began the projects, such as the WE-ENT program (1)_, to establish the total hydrogen energy system for mass production, transportation and utilization by using renewable energy sources, such as solar or hydraulic power. As one project of the WE-NET program, the basic technology is researched and developed for a hydrogen combustion turbine with working fluid recirculation as a future electric power plant system. The working fluid of this sytems is steam heated by hdrogen(H_2)-oxygen(O_2) combustion. The main waste matter is only water conming from supplied hydrogen and oxygen. This system is clean because of no emission gas and no pollution and it has a potential for high termal efficiency (2). To build up this sytem, it is necessary to establish the technology of heating the working fluid as uniformly as possible with supplying stoichiometic mixture of hydrogen and oxygen into a lot of working fluid of intert gas or steam.
