A cross-organizational team of communicators,technical experts,and a professional dsigner successfully revamped Cornell University's comprehensive "Computing at Cornell" Web site to achieve these primary goals:(1) organize technology information in a coherent,consistent manner; (2)make information easy to find quickly,for new and experienced users; and (3) make it simple to provide and maintain information.This poster session highlights why we found this a smart way to work on such a complex project and the results we were able to achieve because of the mix of specialists on our team.
