The work is aimed to develop functions at a Georeferenced Informatic System (GIS) to assist the study of localization and spatial distribution of those factors involved in the energy consumption at residential sector related to the urban-architectonic design. Therefore, a procedure to make compatible the use of different software for this type of analysis was developed. From a study case the relational database structures are defined as well as functions linked with those used by the system of Survey and Geodesy Direction of San Juan Province (Arc-Info) to identify parcels and buildings. Then, with the help of AutoCADMAP and MicroSoft ACCESS, queries that relate the different factors of the studied theme are created.
