In the article bellow, the coal and coke delivery to Tianjin Port and it's influence to the Tianjin environment are introduced first, and then the advanatages of railway transportation in terms of environment protectionand price are expounded. According to the analyzing of the rail route ways to Tianjin Port, the writer thinks that to take full advantages of railway transportation in coal and coke delivery to Tianjin Port is not only necessary but also possible. Finally gives some suggestions to devleop the railway transportation and restrict the highway transportation in coal and coke delivery to Tianjin Port.
