In the test of some certain data transmission machine, by using the PCI-9118DG PCI_BUS Advanced data acquisition card that is produced by Adlink Technology Inc., we correctly test the four time four frequencies interlaced encoding signal by computer. We make the testing program with C++ Bullder under Windows 98 in the test. In this paper, we Introduce the total testing process and in the end give the frame of the program.
