摘要

Temperature-and pH-sensitive hydrogels have been prepared by copolymerizing N-isopropyl acrylamide (NIPAAm) and acrylic acid(AAc) The influence of polyelectrolyte on the lower critical solution temperatures(LCSTs) of these temperature-/pH-sensitive hydrogels has been investigated in the pH range of 2~12. The in vitro release of indomethacin from the hydrogel has been studied using UV/Vis spectrophotometry.
