This study examines the factors that companies in the information and communicationstechnology (ICT) industry consider obstacles to their economic development. Topics includedthe labor market, costs of doing business, and quality-of-life issues. A computer-based interviewprocess was employed to obtain responses from high-level executives. Frequency data ispresented and factor analysis was utilized.
