摘要

According to the analysis of the operation situation of China agriculturalmechanization since Chinese reform and opening-up especially the 1990s,This paperconsiders that the main body of China mechanization of agriculture is not in the form of Japantype that agricultural machinery is mainly operated by farmers association, and that it will not bethe Germany type that household agricultural machinery is mainly organized by intermediaryorganization in the form of "circle of the agricultural machinery " to make them cooperate, andbrings up that it probably is the Denmark type that it is mainly in the form of that a fewagricultural machinery professional managers with technological and economical strengthsupply agricultural machinery to other peasants. This is the household engaged in agriculturalmachinery (HEAM ) in the household made money by agricultural machinery (HMMAM) that rosein the countryside of China in the 1990s. They are becoming the main force of the agriculturalmechanization framework of China. It is exactly this kind of agricultural machinery ownershipfoundation of HEAM that facilitates and develops socialization and marketization operatingmechanism of China agricultural mechanization, thus promotes China agriculturalmechanization to brilliance step by step in the 1990s. This paper has analyzed the feature ofHEAM, and proposed several policy recommendations that the government supports the HEAM.
