摘要

Along with the development of electric power market, urban distribution network planning is faced with many uncertainties including the load uncertainty. It is necessary to improve the conventional certain planning method as the solutions gained from the quondam method are not fit for the changing of loads in the future. In this paper, interval algorithm is adopted to modify the load uncertainty, the mathematic model of distribution network planning and the initialization searching method of automatic routing. What's more, genetic tabu hybrid algorithm (GTHA) is used to optimize the initialization networks. Lastly, the intelligent planning method is applied in an actual case and compared with the solution using the certain planning method, and it is testified that the method described in this paper is suitable to be used in urban MV distribution network planning considering load uncertainty.
