摘要

The radar improvement factor is one of the basic performance signs of the MTI (moving target indication) radar. To test the performance of the Improvement factor of the whole radar system, the traditional method needs fixed targets opposite isolated in different distance, and it is very difficult under the power war condition. Based on the analyzing of the test principle of radar improvement factor and its test method, this paper introduces the principle and design method of the hardware and software in a special radar improvement factor test instrument.
