In this paper, the test system for certain aeroengine test-run is discussed. The system is developed with PXI-bus data acquisition cards and LabView Development System based on virtual instrument technique. The means such as isolation, shield, float, impedance matching and analog filter are utilized to strengthen the anti-interference ability. Considering the four basic types of signals in test-run: stable-random signals, low-frequency wavering signals, convergent-vibrant signals and chop-top signals, relevant digital filters are designed to filter noises. These digital filters can be used solely or nested to get the optimum parameter values. The test-run database system running under client/server environment is constructed to store the data and check results in all test-run states, which makes it’s impossible to share the data in Intranet. The database model is designed with entity relationship diagram. And multi-table design is introduced to improve the query efficiency.
