Experimental test-bed measuring system of gasoline engine is the basic of researching engine performances, experiment bench measuring system in the range of small power is established to research oil consumption, load characteristics, speed characteristics etc. of small-power vehicle gasoline engine. Hardware composition and characteristics and control software of the bench measuring system in introduced in this paper, part of experimental results is obtained by the performance verification of some-type gasoline engine after mounting debug of the measuring system, the operational results of test-bed experimental indicates: the working stability and reliability satisfies fully design and operation requirement.
