摘要

To establish a novel formulation tumor-targeteddrug carrier of lipophilic antitumor antibiotics,aclacinomycin A (ACM), folate-linkedmicroemulsions were prepared and investigatedboth in vitro and in vivo. These findings suggestthat a folate-linked microemulsion is feasible fortumor-targeted.
