摘要

The paper indicates that Enterprise( Strategic Alliance (ESA) is a good mechanism to manage strategic risk. From the dimension of resource based view (RBV), the paper analyzes the forming motivation of ESA, resulting of two basic formation conditions; Then, on the basis of systematic entropy and Markov process, it raises a transaction cost limited sequential decision model. Finally, it comes out the conclusion that ESA will evolve to a structure including three basic models: Strong-Strong Alliance (SSA) , Strong-Weak Alliance (SWA), and Weak-Weak Alliance (WWA).
机译：本文指出，企业战略联盟（ESA）是一种管理战略风险的良好机制，从资源基础视角（RBV）的角度，分析了企业战略联盟的形成动因，这是由两个基本形成条件导致的;在系统熵和马尔可夫过程的基础上，提出了一种交易费用受限的顺序决策模型，最后得出结论，欧空局将发展成为包括三个基本模型的结构：强-强联盟（SSA），强-弱联盟（SWA）和弱弱联盟（WWA）。
