摘要

According to the fact of listed companies from small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) market, the corporate governance appraisal index system is constructed based upon the existing appraisal systems involved 29 indexes. This index appraisal system is utilized as a tool of evaluating the level of corporate governance of SMEs market. The result proves that the mean of corporate governance index of SMEs market (CGI~(SME)) reaches 57.737, the interval of CGI~(SME) is from 20 to 80, and the level of corporate governance seems quite reasonable. The result from empirical analysis indicates significantly that CGI~(SME) is positively correlative to CPI, there exists corporate governance premium and good corporate governance structure and mechanism plays a major part in improving CPI.
