摘要

This communication presents the implementation of an ef cient solution for the analysis of packaged printed circuits embedded in a multilayered medium. The electromagnetic (EM) problem is formulated in terms of an Integral Equation (IE) technique in combination with the Method of Moments (MoM). An optimized and robust algorithm has been implemented into a exible software tool called MAMBO (siMulation of Arbitrary Multilayer BOxed printed circuits). An overview of the most relevant features and a demonstration of the accuracy and performance achieved are presented by examples.
