Based on the review of methods of customer base analysis and stochastic models, we present the model of NBD regression analysis considering customer characterize variants such as income, sex, age, distance (away from shopping center) and monetary to implement customer base analysis, then use a shopping center's customer data to the empirical study and find that income and distance have a negative relationship with purchase rate, income, age and monetary has a positive relationship with purchase rate, female customer is expected to purchase more than male.
