Nowadays there is intensive growth of photovoltaics is observed. The existing technologies are basedon production of raw materials, solar cells, PV modules assembly and PV energy stations installation. The presentpaper analyzes manufacturing methods, their costs in order to reveal the prospects for PV energy development.
