摘要

CRIEPI proposed the Autonomous Demand Area Power System (ADAPS) as a new concept of futuredemand area distribution system to cope with the large penetration of DG including PV systems after 2010. In thepaper, developed uninterrupted power supply methods for the ADAPS using PV systems, communication system andLPC in the event of distribution line fault are described. As the result of a test regarding the method for high voltagedistribution line, it is clear that both outage in fault section within required time including prevention of islandingphenomena and uninterrupted power supply in neighboring non-fault section can be realized simultaneously as ourdesign. As for low voltage distribution line connected to fault section of high voltage line, it is confirmed that isolatedoperation of whole low voltage line can be realized and continued by the effective use of PV surplus power. From theresults, basic techniques to keep supply reliability of distribution line using PV systems are established.
